Polyshield®

New-generation high-performance flexible polymer

PolyShield® is a high-performance flexible polymer reinforced at the nanometric scale, developed by EGIDE Technologies. Deployed as a composite, PolyShield® fully expresses its protection potential. Thanks to its exclusive formulation incorporating graphene-based structures, this composite offers an exceptional capacity to absorb and dissipate energy, combined with high resistance to perforation and sharp-edged threats. This composite also stands out for its ability to intercept extremely lightweight fragments projected at very high velocity, while maintaining remarkable flexibility. The composite can be applied to any type of substrate and, thanks to its perfect flexibility, adapts to any shape.
